These people are criminals and need to be investigated. My girlfriend was held there against her will and during her time there, the staff watched a mentally unstable man beat the shit out of a person sitting next to her in the common room. The next morning, the psychiatric doctor, Naila Azhar (MD), not only discharged the violent unstable man who committed literal assault, but then went on to tell my girlfriend that they were going to petition to the court to keep her there against her will for longer. There was literally ... read more

A medical facility should be accessible by public transportation. Not everyone has a car or has access to someone with a car. Low income patients and those on a fixed income can't afford paying for Ubers and taxis to that area. Lahey doesn't really care about helping patients if it moves the medical facilities and doctors to a remote area which is difficult to get to. They saved money by building the center in a remote area. but what about the difficulties patients face trying to get there. Do they really care about providin... read more

This is the worst hospital. The food was disgusting. There was a girl there who was awful to me. She mad fun of me. The staff did not care. They said just stay away from her. As for the Dr. And nurse's there were a few good ones. I will be reported to department of mental health. Instead I get some girl harassing me everyday. I don't even think it deserves one Star. This place needs to be retrained.

After waiting for 90 minutes and being told twice by someone that he would be in he never showed up. Went out to receptionist and she (was nice) sent him a 'note' and waited another 15 minutes and he still never came out! I drove 45 minutes for this second opinion on an antibiotic that I have been taking for very long time. Getting a second opinion is my right! Drove home crying and almost choked.

I think the inpatient wards are good, maybe the outpatient clinics too, But the ER is really bad, waiting time is too long although not many patients are there, the front desk and the nursing aides or assistants are not friendly, they don't bother to introduce themselves or to ask you how you are feeling. I left after more than two hours of waiting because I was throwing up and nobody cares!! I thought by the time I get any idea about what's wrong with me it will be 8am, so I better wait till morning and go see my doctor
