Being in an accident can be difficult for many reasons, however, the level of customer service from them was 5 star. My representative Taylor and interaction with her was beyond amazing. She kept me informed along the way. Additional parts were ordered which prolonged me receiving my car back, but, I felt protected that they were ensuring superior customer service along the way. They arranged my rental service to ensure my time away from work was mitigated. Great job by all. I would recommend them 100%.
