I was extremely impressed and satisfied with my car when I picked it up. It was fixed to perfection and it was detailed inside and out. I was so happy.
I brought my Cadillac XT5 in after a collision in a parking lot. The damage was minor but Taylor Sparling had made sure to keep me informed on my vehicle. She quickly provided a solution when my vehicle was brought in and she delivered exactly what she had promised and more! It’s never fun when your vehicle gets damaged but she was kind and helpful and very reassuring. If such an event happens again I will be retuning here and especially to Taylor.
I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at the ACX shop for the excellent work they did in repairing my car. The quality of the repair and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Taylor, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Taylor provided constant updates, was always easily accessible, and patiently answered all my questions, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.
Worst customer service experience by Sujan at the location. I dealt with them for my insurance claim and they did not do thorough inspection of my vehicle and sent estimate to the insurance company. Upon receiving the vehicle back I got issues with the brakes on the day of delivery and car was vibrating if I put the brakes on.
