We hired Nursecare to care for our father 24x7x365 and in less than 3 months he was abandoned by the caregivers on two occasions, once after dark. The care managers have no plan to deal with call outs, they have no bench of "on call" caregivers to step in and cover shifts. We spent hours reviewing and providing input to our father's care plan and it was never even uploaded into their IT portal. Nurse Care is a very rewarding company to work for, they are EXCELLENT about rewarding their employees for their diligent working skills.They don't over look employees that give their 100%!

I contacted Nurse Care of North Carolina to get some help so I could continue to stay independent in my home. They sent me the most wonderful ladies to help me and it has made all the difference. Without them, I would not be able to stay at home alone. The people in the Nurse Care office are also very helpful whenever I call. I would recommend Nurse Care of North Carolina to anyone who wants a reputable, dependable nursing company for their care. (Helen B.)
