Arosa Piedmont Triad has been great to work with, and my parents have received wonderful support from the team. I appreciate that Kelly and Ginny are responsive to our needs, and have shown flexibility when developing a plan and schedule for my parents. Arosa (Piedmont Triad) has been providing in-home care for my mother for two months and has been an excellent caretaker: communication, advice, their intake process, timely responses, and other service qualities have been excellent. My family is not creating a big revenue stream for them but they provide first-class service nonetheless. They have exhibited flexibility toward our situation and been helpful advising us on the process (this is our first experience with a health care provider in our home).

I neglected to add on the review I just posted about Dina and Nadine that Arosa's entire staff goes overboard to be helpful. Originally Meike Wiest thoughtfully and wisely helped us get started with Arosa when we were stressed and anxious to find good care. The moment we met Meike we knew we had found our salvation. Then when my friend was dying, Arosa's 12 hour Aides were helpful and caring. I work at a skilled nursing facility and see some residents discharge home after rehab that would benefit from extra help at home, wether it be light housekeeping, meal prep or nursing. Arosa is there to help. They also work with the VA for all our Veterans that need their services as well. I have worked with Kelly Pierce ,at Arosa, for quite some time and she is amazing.Please reach out to them if you're loved one needs assistance. They are wonderful!
