HORRIBLE!!! I worked a 4 hours shift. The lady accidentally put on a 30 minute break, I asked if it I had to take a break so told me it was an accident and I am only allowed a rest break. then called Nursa to tell them I only took a 15 minute rest break not a lunch. Do you know Nursa is charging me for the 15 minute break saying that if I take a break it has to be unpaid… they are saying I took a 15 minute from a 30 minute lunch break. Great app. But wish the facilities were a bit more fair in who they let work. It seems like some post every day. But they use the same people and never give others a chance to work with them.

I've used this agency for years as a CNA and I've never been impressed. The app is so so glitchy - always has been - and they constantly are enforcing new requirements in order to pick up shifts. Ive worked many shifts before and suddenly I can't work without doing this and that. Just seems like they're behind or they went public for clinicians before they knew what they were doing. It'd be nice if they could get their side figured out so the requirements and paper work can all be initially done instead of being allowed to w... read more
