I have worked through Nursa since 2021. I had two shifts at a facility this past weekend (June 13/14, 2026). I got a message on June 15 stating I didn’t do all of my charting and I need to go back. I should have instant pay thats why I work for the business but it doesnt do instant pay when I need it to most. Unreliable source of income. Late staffing or coverage needed at last minute. Been with nursa for a year. Only if you working is convenient to a facility will they accept your shift could be awarded as late as day of or 2 hours before shift starts. This app has been my support system, at first I was disappointed when I couldn't pick up any shift but as from when it started going through it has been so amazing.
