I’ve gotten TMS, once or twice a year for the last 6 years and this facility is by far my favorite. The staff regularly checked in with me and my progress throughout my sessions. Not to mention, they’re really nice and friendly. Overall, great experience throughout my course treatments. Would recommend to anyone looking to start TMS.
I highly recommend Nurowav in West Chester for TMS treatment! All of the staff, especially Tristan who administered the treatment for me, treated me with compassion, warmth, and respect. Tristan noticed I was having a particularly hard day and offered to sit and talk to me while the treatment was going on. Tristan and the rest of the staff were happy to answer all of my questions and address all concerns I had. I'm grateful to have had to opportunity to receive TMS and especially grateful I chose Nurowav. Thank you!!
Absolutely incredible experience and 100% a life changer. I've struggled with depression for nearly a decade - this honest to God has made a difference. More than any medication. If you're lucky enough to get to work with Tristan he makes the entire experience feel at ease

I honestly have nothing but good things to say about my experience here- The atmosphere is warm, calming and located in a beautiful building. Upon entering the facility, you are met with the care staff there who from the minute you meet them, give you a level of comfort and care beyond what ive ever experienced.
