Nicole is an angel! super helpful, kind, lots of experience, thoughtful and compassionate. highly recommend her valuable counseling.
Since this company took over Dr. Dave’s practice (which in my opinion was amazing) they have totally dismembered it and their competency is horrible. They change policies without telling patient. And instead of calling you back when you have questions they leave you waiting and then tell you that they don’t know what you’re talking about. They have lost so many amazing doctors and therapist. This place is total Trash
I missed an appointment and tried to reach out ASAP to the office. Their phone was disconnected so I ended up driving in to try and reschedule. Receptionist said there was nothing she could do and charged me the full now show fee even though I was off by an hour.
Honestly shocked to see all of the bad reviews. The workers are always super super nice to me when I come in. The psychologists are also very kind, punctual, and listen to medicine concerns and needs. They employees are quick to get you back, and always ask if you need anything (water, etc). Thank y’all for everything
