I love Dr. Lydon but what I experienced just now was ridiculous. I was 6 minutes late. No one was even at the desk and a note said seat yourself and we’ll be with you in a moment. I sat for a minute or two and then a lady came out and turned me away, saying I’m late. I’m required to come every three months to stay on my medication. DO NOT RECOMMEND! READ REVIEWS BEFORE SCHEDULING! I should have read the reviews before scheduling an appointment my husband and I started going to Dr. Alex Molina and because of my husband's job it was hard to get in sometimes. I would call in advance to reschedule and nobody would answer I left multiple messages and still said we were no shows even though I tried calling and left multiple messages. My experience with the service at this office was much improved. Really like the new location. I appreciate everyones participation.
