When I purchased my condo in 2018 Mr Nurik represented the SELLER. They used "CONTRACTOR X" to replace the broken disposal; a handyman. When I sold this unit last month I used "CONTRACTOR X", the same handyman to do two minor repairs(which I could have done myself). Mr. Nurik was not happy with his derogatory remarks about "CONTRACTOR X". Cary was not as responsive as we would have liked him to be and did not help move the process along. In addition, charged us for an extra hour of work without disclosure until after the closing and his bill being paid.
I can't state why, but I work in a field that deals with attorneys in NJ and I can say that Cary Nurik is one of the most attentive and concerned lawyers I've dealt with in this role. If this office was in Detroit, I'd be a client as of yesterday.
