Just received a phone call that my referral was approved. Will be seeing them in November. So far everything is going smoothly and the lady otp i talked with was super nice.
Your front receptionist seemed a little grumpy or stressed. Theresa was very friendly. She made up for the receptionist. Dr Lara was exactly what you're looking for in your doctor/ surgeon.
Check in was super easy with them sending paperwork beforehand. They took me one time and I didn’t have to wait long before the doctor came in. Everyone was nice and friendly. I mostly just appreciate the honesty and transparency with the doctor . He really took the time to explain. I don’t feel like he was just trying to keep me as his patient but help and guide me with practical ways to better my situation. Thank you I wish every doctor visit could run this smoothly
I’ve been coming to this office since 2021 when my symptoms first started happening. Dr Lee is a doctor that won’t cut around the bush, he will be honest with you and would definitely agree with him . I’ve gotten my Nissen Fundoplication done by him and man it was a great decision by Dr Lee. If any specialist recommended you to him , they know how good Dr Lee is. I would recommend him 100%
