This is a consumer WARNING. Nura's billing practices have created a nightmare for me. I had a January procedure, received a bill, and paid it in April. I then received a bill in June, went to the website to pay it, and it showed a zero balance. I thought the bill was an error since the website showed zero each time I checked.
