I had my first meeting with Dr. Verma. He was very helpful and friendly. I wanted a doctor that would be around for years. I believe he fit that bill. I’m very glad I chose him.
I switched from DMH. Dr. Verma is a good doctor and his office staff is all very nice, but we have found it challenging sometimes to get refills when the pharmacy sends a request. Just last week, I went in for blood work, but my orders, which were supposed to be sent in electronically, were not at the lab. Needless to say, I'm still waiting to have the bloodwork done. I spoke to someone at HSHS and was supposed to receive a call back, which I still haven't. Very frustrated because I feel like as a patient I'm just a dollar s... read more
Dr. Verma is a kind and compassionate doctor. I have had a plethora of medical concerns in the past three years and he has been supportive and always looking for a solution. He emails me back personally on the portal and actually acts as if he cares. I don't think it is an act. I think he really wants to help people get better. Thanks, Dr. Verma. Amy Morgason
