I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Nupur Agrawal six months ago, specifically confirming via the UCLA website that she was accepting new patients. Now, just weeks before my March date, I received a call to reschedule for late June—nearly a year after my original booking. Can never get an appointment. Asked to reschedule every single time. Unreliable.
I brought my daughter to this location hoping to get help. Her ear lobes were infected. One of the earring clasps grew under the skin and needed to be removed. I was able to remove one clasp myself but couldn’t do it from the other ear and that’s why I came for help. We were there on Friday evening, May 20. The doctor said there was nothing inside of the ear lobe and prescribed and ointment to treat the infection. Furthermore she said I didn’t need any follow up for this matter. Dr Agrawal has been my family Doctor for over a year to my self and my 2 kids and has been nothing less than the most caring, amazing, most overly achieving doctor I have ever had !! She is always very thorough, makes sure I understand what I need and is always on top of my care as well as my kids! She is also a very carrying and understanding person! I don’t feel like I ever have to hide anything nor that I am going to be shamed for anything I need to talk about.. if I can give 10 starts instead of 5 I would !
I am 62 years old, and Dr. Agrawal is without a doubt the best GP I have ever had. She is meticulous, methodical, kind, knowledgeable and provides copious notes from each visit.
