Came to NUPEN to sell my late mother's gold, while he was "appraising" the gold he kept making jokes about me giving him a bad review. I thought this was odd, until I got home and realized that he was quoting me for less than 50% of the spot price of gold. Other dealers that I met with after quoted me from 75 to 80% of the spot price of gold. NUPEN didn't even break 50%. Wow what a steal for them!
