Came to NUPEN to sell my late mother's gold, while he was "appraising" the gold he kept making jokes about me giving him a bad review. I thought this was odd, until I got home and realized that he was quoting me for less than 50% of the spot price of gold. Other dealers that I met with after quoted me from 75 to 80% of the spot price of gold. NUPEN didn't even break 50%. Wow what a steal for them! Great service and a quick turnaround! This is a family owned business and I had my wedding ring resized by them. It only took them about an hour. You have to look very closely to be able to tell where the additional gold was added, and the cost was very reasonable.

Tor is awesome and designed my wife's engagement ring for me using CAD images, quickly, from just a few photos. The end result was great! I had a loose diamond, and he set it in the ring he designed. Tor has also given free advice on other jewelry matters, and is very helpful and friendly. Some of the other jewelers in Fairfax and the nearby area were snooty and pushy. Highly recommend!
