Incredible and Empowering are the words that come to mind when I think of Nuovo. I had the most amazing experience with Zoe who did my hair and makeup (I felt so so beautiful) and my lovely photographer Willow. She guided me through the entire process and I felt so safe, welcomed, and comfortable. The results really do speak for themselves. What an empowering and emotional experience. Best self-care day/birthday ever!
Great location and great looking condo. Level of service from rental agency Realstar very questionable. Renters beware that all signs point to problematic lease agency. Update. To this day no one has called even after I followed up with a email as requested. Update. 2 years after still no follow up
As an Ottawa Realtor who has the opportunity to advertise the apartments at Nuovo and lease numerous units.I can say hands down that the rental staff are friendly, prompt and responsive to the needs of the tenants in the building. The building has a great atmosphere with quiet and mature tenants. The location is perfect for the avid walker or cyclist as it is walking distance to Dow's lake, the shops of Preston and china town.
