I've lived here for about 18 months and absolutely love the building. The management is amazing, extremely professional while still adding a sense of community. I would especially like to praise Tanya who regularly goes above and beyond for her residents!
Avoid is the best term I could use. Update: It's seems there is a "problem" with the negative building reviews being hidden and the 5 star reviews are all repetative and highly suspect. Having spoken to current and past residents and well, the new owners (CAPREIT) do not care about tenants within this property, nor do they pay any attention the units (landlord specials). In no way would this building or the units be classified as luxury. Amenities are constantly broken, gym is laughable, and the onsite management has clearly... read more
We had a terrific experience at Nuovo. We rented for 14 months. I must say that Tania, the building manager, really made a lot of difference in our experience at Nuovo. We litterally felt home. It is a very well maintained and clean place. Our maintenance requests were always swiftly addressed from day one until our last day. Thank you Nuovo and Tania !

We lived at Nuovo for 1 year and had a great time there. The team is great, nice and responsive. The lounge room and its view from the rooftop are amazing. The unit is clean and modern. What really striked me was how good the noise insulation was in my unit. You really never hear neighbours, that was impressive. Everything is clean and well maintained. It is at a short walking distance (5-10mins) from the lake which looks wonderful both during summer and winter. It is one block away from Preston St which has many restaurants... read more
