This is not a normal review. While moving, my boyfriend and I were unpacking/cleaning when I realized one of my cats was missing. I was certain he did not get out and when I discovered we had left one large vent uncovered while waiting on a replacement cover I realized the cat had to have entered the duct work. I panicked and had no idea what to do. Eventually I called Nunning and they sent someone over. His name was Joseph and he was fantastic and arrived quickly.
