Cody is a liar and a thief. Makes promises he doesn't keep, refuses to refund deposit for work he never did, just gave several excuses. If he asks for money upfront, DO NOT do it unless you want a headache and to have someone scam you. Never have I had such an experience. I have lost my trust in contractors.
