I have been singing Dr Nunez for 2 years. I have suffered from migraines for 25 years after seeing neurologist after neurologist my pain ( no pun intended has finally ended) I love this office . They are friendly , and efficient and so helpful. Giselle is amazing and responds very quickly if you have a question or a medical issue . I have never been to a doctor that truly cares about patients the way they do. Love how knowledgeable Dr Nunez is Office is clean, friendly , and accommodating.
I have been to many neurologists due to suffering with migraines since 14. Dr Nunez is very knowledgeable and up to date with all new treatment. I found her to be easy to talk to and I never felt rushed, stupid or unimportant like other doctors have made me feel in the past.
I've been Dr. Nunez's patient for many years and would never see anyone else. She is extremely competent, engaged and interested in her patients, and completely reliable.
My son had an appointment for over a week. Spoke with the receptionist several times. 15 minutes BEFORE the scheduled appointment, the office called and said that the Dr. could not see my son because he was 16 and she does not see patients that young. Fine , but calling 15 minutes prior, when they knew that from the beginning. Their excuse was that the girl was new. How about poor office communication. I was not happy and that is very unprofessional. I would not go there!
Business response:
You called on a Monday and your son got an appointment for Wednesday of the same week. The new receptionist was unaware of age restrictions. You told the office manager that were going to have to deal with your son and his father. When you son got here, we called a neuro-ped office and got him an appointment for that same Friday. It wasn't good enough for you. Your behavior was(is) inappropriate and unfair. A mistake done by a new staff member has nothing to do with the doctor. GB!
I've been a healthcare provider for 40 years and have never witnessed such rude, unprofessional, demeaning behavior from a physician toward a patient.

Dr CPH, we have been in this area for 30 plus years. We regret to inform you that we never heard about you practicing in this area. A Doctor does not treat a colleague in the manor you described. Be brave and constructive! By not stating your name, there is doubt in your credibility!
