The workers broke our patio door and shattered the glass last Saturday. Had a conversation with the owner Miguel and was fair at first. Unfortunately, that was it so far and no response to calls or text. Maybe through this I can get some sort of response since they are responsible for replacing it. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else, and not have prompt response.
