I have been going to a different Toyota Service Centre for the past 5 years. Yesterday i took the car (Prado) to Doncaster Service Centre. WOW what a difference in the service i received! For a start i was seen to straight away, no waiting for an hour in the driveway to be attended to. Crystal was fantastic, she went through everything in detail and spent time answering all of my questions. The communication and service are really poor this year and I believe it is because of change of management and staff. We had our car service last year and it is good, so we give it another go this year. On March we had our annual service and recall job booked together. And we were told recall parts were not available at that time and they will order it. Then 2 months later no calls or communication at all. Vehicle got damaged. Service was incomplete. Car was repaired and oil / filter change was free. Won't be going back.
