I'm driving a new Land Cruiser Prado. My tire got punctured and went flat today, and the woman staff at reception today directly ignored my request to help me inflate my tire and was unwilling to give a check. Rude.
My car got rear ended I came by the dealership to see if they could help me just simply unplug a sensor. The staff could not have been more unhelpful and uncaring . I have been loyal getting my car serviced for nearly a decade and same with my father. This Toyota dealership customer care in this particular instance was absolute trash. I’ve been servicing my Toyota here for a few years now. The team is friendly and helpful. Thank you Ken and Rachel for answering my questions today. Special shout out to Rachel for immediately inspecting the strange but normal sound I was hearing from the car as I was driving off. Please note like most places these days there are card fees including for EFTPOS.
