I’ve been servicing my Toyota here for a few years now. The team is friendly and helpful. Thank you Ken and Rachel for answering my questions today. Special shout out to Rachel for immediately inspecting the strange but normal sound I was hearing from the car as I was driving off. Please note like most places these days there are card fees including for EFTPOS.
Usually good at service and quick turnaround. Not great with part replacement requests.
Staff are friendly and helpful. The waiting area is nice with free coffee and tea. Highly recommended if your car needs a service etc
I took my Hilux Rogue in for a service here on Monday, and afterwards I noticed a clear dent near the front passenger side door handle. I can say with confidence that my car did not have any such damage before I brought it in, as I always carefully inspect the body of my vehicle before every service. This really makes me doubt the quality of the Toyota service here. I have been servicing my car at here for the past six years, and I am very disappointed.
