OJ is an experienced technician who can explain the charges well and does a great job fixing my chair!
My experience was very frustrating. They originally came to pick up my chair in mid December. Repairs were complete by mid January and they could not bring my chair back until March 6. Fortunately my technician noticed that there was delivering/repairing for a client 20 miles from where I live so was able to bring a week before. I felt that the scheduling people were very rude to my frustration of not having my chair for 3 months. After further consideration and experiencing part and custom seat cushion due to pressure sores and inability to sit on a cushion that caused more trouble than relief, delays that were linked to misinformation from the call center to what was truth, and not being able to use my chair in the way I need to, and delays forcing me to miss important appointments, due to inability to sit correctly with a pressure sore on the cushion and complex conditions keeping me from being able to "just tilt", I was told was ordered and shippe... read more
