So I waited a few weeks for them to put a service call to my house for my chair the guy came out said he figured it out so a month later they come back out with the part for my wheelchair which did not fix it so now I probably have to wait another month for me to get the part in and come back to my house and see if they can fix it this is just so aggravating
Very disappointed this time around. A service tech name Matt came out to service one of our patients wheelchairs on Monday 08/10/26. The frame is bent our PT talked with him explaining for him to look/fix the pneumatics. she took the time to stay with him as he was to work on it but he said he had another wheelchair to fix (we weren't aware of this) she had a clinic appt and couldn't stay.
