I had a really enjoyable experience…I went in nervous but the two that were helping me were fantastic…helped break my nervousness and made me feel comfortable…they worked around me and kept making sure I was comfortable

I had a very positive experience when it was time to get my new electric wheelchair from Numotion. They were able to help with everything I needed and made sure all my questions were answered. The hardest part was everything we needed to do for the insurance and the waiting for the insurance. The Numotion staff were able to help that go smoothly though and I'm very happy with my new chair.
I have been a customer of numotion for 20 years. I can honestly say Scott and Kristy went above and beyond to help me get my new wheelchair.. We started this process in Dec 2025 and went in in Jan 2026 to get custom moldings done for my new chair and the back.. They did great getting all that done. Then came the insurance fight because i needed special projections for my rims... Scott, Kirsty, and Mary worked so hard trying to help with appeals.
