Michael was very professional. I asked him to please see a couple videos regarding the job he was here to perform, and he did.
The technician from Numotion who delivered my wheelchair yesterday was really good at explaining everything to me. There were issues with getting the wheelchair delivered due to me having sold my home, then breaking a hip so I couldn’t get to my new home 6 hours away. Numotion ‘held my hand’ all the way through my ordeal and made it work. I am very grateful and am happy to give them the highest rating!
The actual delivery and set up service was excellent. The serviceman gets high marks from us. HOWEVER, actually purchasing the items (we've had 2 big-ticket items) and 3 calls for repair work is in no way acceptable. It appears various divisions work on the same order and no one knows what the other one is doing.
