Most appointments get rescheduled same day. Usually an hour or two after the appointment was supposed to be completed. They rarely have the parts needed the first time they come to work on the chair. And as often as I've had techs call in sick for our appointments, I worry about the health and cleanliness of the place. This seems to be the worst managed company in all of Wichita. So sad a service that is relied on so heavy is this bad at their jobs.

Service was great and it was good very helpful on explaining how to learn about the power chair ,was. Bigger than I was expecting turned out to be ok on learning ..still a bit scary on getting driveway pass that dip but it will be done ....Great help and very good on explaining this new chair and its expectations 👌 thanks
