I have to say the experience here with Numotion like this the company overall suck my chair been breaking since the third day of owning it.. it been in and out of repairs every other month..the company overall not good now the tech I have since I moved go over and beyond to help me on my chair..now for the company it self they don’t give two craps bout you and all that..it takes forever to get repairs done then they .ake sure to be outside warranty time to make ur insurance pay more so yeah this co.pany is for the birds and ... read more

Made repairs quickly and perfectly. Numotion is a great company. They have made living with MD easier.

Waiting for the parts to come in seems like it took forever. Months passed but then the actual appointment to get the chair fixed up with them went pretty darn quick. We were in and out within an hour and a half from the time my sister and I went in the Wheelchair Clinic to when we were all done. The representative was friendly and I left with nearly everything perfect.

They were polite and quick. Two things missing from almost all other customer experiences. Their agent was knowledgeable, useful when you have no clue what you're doing.

Zachary was phenomenal! He provided great customer service, was very kind and quick with getting my tires replaced. Everyone is so nice and very helpful. Superb customer service all around!
