Robert here is amazing!!!!!! This numotion store is the best run in the entire country.
Horrible customer service After receiving my motorized wheelchair I have a need for some adjustments. I have called since October of 2022 without having a service call done. I have left Messages and haven't received a return call.
We bought our wheelchair from a private owner. We contacted Numotion to have adjustments made. The gentleman was prompt, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I can't say enough good things about the service. I most highly recommend Numotion.
While my experience with Numotion is not vast, I cannot praise the initiative, care and attention of technician Robert McKlean (pardon incorrect spelling, etc.) enough. Mr. McKlean took time out of his schedule for a few impromptu meetings to both discuss and look over a friend's wheelchair, patiently allowing us to lay out every facet of our issue. Efficient and friendly staff makes my experience with Numotion pleasant every time. Their sales staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help you find the proper equipment for your needs. Sometimes service can be slow because they need more professional staff but they come through as scheduled.
