BEWARE: FRAUDULENT BILLING PRACTICES.STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!! I had the displeasure of going to Numinus in American Fork. Before I ever showed up I confirmed with them that they are part of the EAP program through my employer which gives me 12 free session a year. They confirmed that they do accept the program and that I would not be billed. To my surprise I receive and bill for two sessions claiming I also received a physc evaluation which I never did.
