Megan is such a safe and nurturing soul! Despite having had nearly 20 years of counselling/therapy, in just a few sessions Megan was able to look at my situation from a perspective no one else had and give me skills to use daily. The Wellness Centre has a very soothing vibe, instantly making you feel relaxed. Megan's energy is very healing, she is gentle, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend!
