Initial 8/2024: This is such a nice salon. The atmosphere and people are so nice and inviting. On my first visit I had Duy Le and booked with him again for my birthday nails. He did a wonderful job and his dedication to making my nails perfect was amazing. I (as I do) messed my toe up on the way to pay. He immediately fixed it. Sadly I did it again in the car lol. I asked for the $38 essential pedicure, but was told it didn’t include a heel scrub, that I needed the $58 spa pedicure instead. When I pushed back, they said it was for treating calluses. Problem is, I don’t and never have calluses. I told them that, but they still charged me the higher price. I’m a guy with little pedicure experience, so I might’ve misunderstood—but my friend’s mom was with me and confirmed what I heard. No heel scrub in a basic pedicure?
I got my wax done here today cause it’s branded as a spa and it was horrible. Basically an overpriced mediocre service. Even when I complained about the service the owner had nothing relevant to say. The experience does not match the price.
