Adding an update to my review: still love this place! I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year, and I truly can’t say enough great things about it. The front desk team is always welcoming and kind, and the overall customer service is consistently excellent. I’ve seen both Key and Duy for services — pedicures, gel, Gel-X, and regular manicures — and they are both fantastic. For my wedding, Duy did my Gel-X nails and absolutely slayed the design. Initial 8/2024: This is such a nice salon. The atmosphere and people are so nice and inviting. On my first visit I had Duy Le and booked with him again for my birthday nails. He did a wonderful job and his dedication to making my nails perfect was amazing. I (as I do) messed my toe up on the way to pay. He immediately fixed it. Sadly I did it again in the car lol. I asked for the $38 essential pedicure, but was told it didn’t include a heel scrub, that I needed the $58 spa pedicure instead. When I pushed back, they said it was for treating calluses. Problem is, I don’t and never have calluses. I told them that, but they still charged me the higher price. I’m a guy with little pedicure experience, so I might’ve misunderstood—but my friend’s mom was with me and confirmed what I heard. No heel scrub in a basic pedicure?
I got my wax done here today cause it’s branded as a spa and it was horrible. Basically an overpriced mediocre service. Even when I complained about the service the owner had nothing relevant to say. The experience does not match the price.
