I said a regular pedicure and they said they were charging me for a classic spa for 40 dollars! The massage was awful. They rushed it. Didn’t even do callus removal like they said. I will never come back here.
I have been a regular customer for the last four years. I made an appointment on the phone for my daughter and I for a manicure and pedicure. When it came time for my manicure, the woman in charge said that I didn’t make an appointment for a manicure for myself. That I made it only for my daughter. When I told her I made it for both of us, she said, no I didn’t. So I waited for 15 minutes and no one did my nails. They overbooked and did not take accountability for it.
Happy with the customer service and the work they do! Prices are fair! Left my salon because their prices went super high. Planning on making this my new nail salon
