Save yourself! I’ve tried to give them MANY MANY chances. Each nail is SOOOO thick and all different shapes and sizes. May the owner said it’s because my nails are short but you can still file them straight instead of round out. I waited around over an hour today while may was working on others. The owner May is unorganized and unprofessional and RUDE! They say they have a point system for rewards but they never input my number or info. I had an amazing experience at Numi! I got a Gel-X manicure and a gel pedicure, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff was very accommodating when I needed to change my appointment time and they were upfront about pricing, so there were no surprises. My nails look fantastic, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
