Long time customer, no more! I have been a longtime customer of Numi for YEARS, literally since they opened. But after my last visit on 3/22 I will never be returning. The prior owner Sonia was an absolute angel, she had been my go to person when she had a saline prior to Numi in my hometown. This one star is directly related to the owners and the terrible business they run. The following scenario has happened to me and my sister on more than one occasion. I book an appointment using their online system. They send a confirmation text of my appointment both upon booking and the day of said appointment. I show up to the salon at my confirmed appointment time, the girls working have no record of my appointment, and the owner is nowhere to be found. Their Numi Spa Pedicure is a joke, they don’t even scrape the dry skin off your feet, no hot wax on your heels, you remind them for extra pressure on massage and they don’t listen, short of staff and not well maintained. Save your money and don’t even try of giving them a chance. Most times there’s no one at the front and the ladies who are already attending to clients run to answer phones.
Made an appointment for 3 pm and they told me they did not have me in the books and then pretty much that they are not gonna help me and if I want to I can wait 30 minutes. What is even the point to have an appointment system ?
