I have been going to numi nails for years and have always had a great experience there ! Doris Stephane,Hannah and the rest are always nice and polite ! Leo , the new owner is a great guy and any wrongs he will Always try and make things right !!!
I said a regular pedicure and they said they were charging me for a classic spa for 40 dollars! The massage was awful. They rushed it. Didn’t even do callus removal like they said. I will never come back here.
I have been a regular customer for the last four years. I made an appointment on the phone for my daughter and I for a manicure and pedicure. When it came time for my manicure, the woman in charge said that I didn’t make an appointment for a manicure for myself. That I made it only for my daughter. When I told her I made it for both of us, she said, no I didn’t. So I waited for 15 minutes and no one did my nails. They overbooked and did not take accountability for it.
