Dr. Kent and the NuMe care team provided thoughtful, kind, professional treatment for my depression following the death of my son. Treatment and in-clinic care was great. Admin is not very good. Initial appointment set up took several calls; billing has taken months; phone messages on billing are returned about 50% of the time.
If you are on the fence about TMS, research it for yourself, then head in and give it a try. I did, and successfully completing my treatment set me on a considerably more positive life trajectory. I cannot thank Dr. Kent and his wonderful staff enough.
I saw Dr. Kent for the treatment of major depression disorder. TMS was far more effective than the medications I had been taking for decades. I will definitely return if I ever relapse. NUME was a life changer.
