Mark and John made a very costly error in my tax preparation for 3 years in a row. They blamed it on their software. They would not take personal responsibility or help me with the IRS penalties or interest. Caution using this company who does not have the knowledge or care to stand behind their work.
Mark is a pleasure to work with. He is very timely and provides a great service.
