One of the best residential towers in Canada. Clean, secure, well-managed, and located in a great area. The staff are professional and responsive, making it a wonderful place to live. Highly recommended!
Extremely disappointed with the service at the front desk. The person working was incredibly rude and dismissive. As a resident, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, but instead was met with a bad attitude and unhelpful responses. It’s unfortunate when the first point of contact for a building creates such a negative experience. Management should seriously consider retraining staff on how to treat people with respect.
