The technician, Donavan that came out to my house for my heater was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and competent. He took the time to explain to me what exactly was going on. Highly recommend #1 air and heat to anyone needing honest good service !!!
If I could give #1 Plumbing and Air more than 5 stars, I would. I have been a customer for 10 years. First off, Nicole in the office deserves a medal. She's basically the customer service version of a superhero - fast, friendly, and magically able to make scheduling painless. And Donovan? This man is an HVAC legend. He deserves special recognition. Quon and AJ gave the most RESPECTABLE work we've ever experienced in 3 years. If we can ever have these young mean handle our plumbing needs I would exclusively ask for them. EXCELLENT WORK!!!!
I was entering 95 N from the Valley View ramp today and the person driving this van cut right in front of me. No signal, just moved over as though he was the only one on the road. Really a not smart thing to do when you're driving a company vehicle. Because of this driver's ignorance, unsafe driving and the danger he put me in at 60 MPH, I would not use the services of Number 1 Plumbing. for some reason when they make a mistake they wanna try to tell us to go through the landlord but any other time it’s ok for them to talk to us. I scheduled with my landlord for an issue to be taken care of on 11/8/24, they had a technician come out who don’t like to communicate and lie and says they call out to people for an issue to be resolved when they don’t, then they have another technician who don’t know what the hell he’s doing, and TANYA needs to be retrained on customer service because she does a poor job and alway... read more
