I was entering 95 N from the Valley View ramp today and the person driving this van cut right in front of me. No signal, just moved over as though he was the only one on the road. Really a not smart thing to do when you're driving a company vehicle. Because of this driver's ignorance, unsafe driving and the danger he put me in at 60 MPH, I would not use the services of Number 1 Plumbing. for some reason when they make a mistake they wanna try to tell us to go through the landlord but any other time it’s ok for them to talk to us. I scheduled with my landlord for an issue to be taken care of on 11/8/24, they had a technician come out who don’t like to communicate and lie and says they call out to people for an issue to be resolved when they don’t, then they have another technician who don’t know what the hell he’s doing, and TANYA needs to be retrained on customer service because she does a poor job and alway... read more

This company has the best comprehensive and experienced technicians I’ve had. They respond quickly and have technicians that you will want yearly to check your heating and air. Donavan and Terrel are favorite names I can remember but they all do excellent work with customers best interest in mind. The office manager, Michelle, is very knowledgeable and excellent on the phone. I have their yearly maintenance program and it has paid off very well.
