From the start, Mike helped me out and came to me personally to save me on a tow. He was so helpful and reassuring - offering support on claiming insurance and securing a rental, helping me with the paperwork, and walking me through all the steps needed for my car to be quoted. I was here for my hyundai elantra 2025 car repair, I was recommended by a feiend of my from a hyundai showroom. I must say these guys are on a different level of work, very professional organized and entire staff is very much concerned about the customers. Unfortunately, I had to deal with this service. The repair itself (rear headlight replacement and bumper scratch repaint) was completed, but it took almost three weeks. When I returned to pick up my belongings, the car was being washed with the window open, and a lot of water got into the interior. Later at home, I also discovered that the under-hood protective panel was damaged and several clips were broken. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I cannot recommend this service. I had an excellent experience with this body shop and with Riaz. He took great care of me from start to finish and provided outstanding service. They are fully accredited and licensed, use OEM parts, and work on all makes and models. Riaz explained everything clearly throughout the entire process, so I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. He even arranged pickup and drop-off, which made things extremely convenient. I received exceptional service. Charan walked me through the process & gave me a quote on the phone, which was exactly the final price. They got the necessary part within a few hours, whereas my dealership told me it would take 8 days.
