The handrails installed today are not just OK but spectacularly wonderful, perfectly placed and ever so sturdy! We could not ask for anything better! The installer arrived exactly on time and got the job done quickly. YEA! No more slip and falls coming into the house through the garage!
Number 1 Son was recommended to us from an Occupational Therapist who saw, for safety reasons, I should have grab bars installed in two bathrooms. Number 1 Son provided an estimate that we thought was very reasonable. I also needed a new higher toilet. I purchased the 19" high toilet purchase via Lowe's using my husband's veteran's discount. Gary came and checked what I asked on Feb 13. I had been waiting for the quote a couple of weeks. But no one called me back. I called them on Mar 17. She asked my information and confirmed that they have my request and will contact me after going over it. Since then, no one contacted me (today April 6). I wish I could give 0 star. Be prepared for it if you want to try.
