Decided to give this nail salon a try as I couldn't get into my usual place. I walked in and was told to pick a color. I was maybe 2 minutes looking and was being rushed to pick one and go sit in pedi chair. The water was luke warm and I wasn't asked if I was on with the temperature. She didnt speak at all. She just pointed to sit. I was then given a menu before I even sat down and removed my socks to pick the scent for the foot bath and lotion. Updated! I have been getting my nails done here for almost 4 years now, and I have been extremely happy with their work every single time! I have been treating myself to pedicures all summer. The same gentleman has done them every time, his name is Tang he works in the very last massage / pedicure chair, by the wall), and this guy is the bomb!! this is so sad for me to write, as i’ve been a loyal customer of theirs for over 5 years. the ladies there are all so kind, but there is a man there, idk his name, who’s been rude to me repeatedly. i’ve had a couple of times where i asked for a different color or expressed my dislike of what he was doing, in a timely manner as in he was still able to fix it in the moment, but he denied. “this is what you get” is what i’ve been told a couple of times. fine, it was minor stuff so i let it keep happening. tonight, my friend and... read more
