Michael is just what the company name is Number 1! I have been in my home since 7/29/2021and decided to have an inspection done before the end of my warranty. Sure glad I did. He pointed out areas of concern throughout his inspection and then we went over the report at the end. He is very thorough and I would highly recommend Michael to anyone wanting a home inspector.
Very professional and detailed. Covered everything in detail with plenty of pictures. Response was excellent and inspector showed up on time! After inspection he reviewed everything with us in detailed. Price was excellent for time spent and work done. I would recommend NUMBER 1 HOME INSPECTOR to anyone needing a home inspection.
Michael was really helpful and knowledgeable when it came to explaining the inspection report. He went above and beyond the normal duties of an inspector by taking the time to show me more about the water heater system. I would recommend him and Number 1 Home Inspector to anyone who want's a quality job for a great price.
I had my new construction home inspected at Pre-Drywall and since I was so impressed with the level of identification and then explanation to us of items found in a non-alarming manner I had him do a final inspection two days before walking it with the builder. It was a great tool to have with me that included photographs and a third party expert when doing the final walk.
