I have lived in this house for over 4 years and have gone through at least 8 property managers. Each with his/her own personality to deal with. It takes an act of Congress to get them to handle a maintenance request. Every time I turn around I'm being charged for something out of the ordinary. Just found out that I'm being charged $50 for a debris cleanup! Would never have known had I not looked at my personal info on their website. Amazing! If I could give negative stars, trust me i would. Moved into a brand new home 2 months ago, only for it to flood and damage the carpet, paint, furniture and backboards, all of which need to be replaced. Number 1 Broker, is the management group and let me tell you, they do anything but managing. They will get you into a house as fast as possible, but once your in, your on your own. I have had to deal with the builder and fortunately Lennar has been on top of the situation but I have yet to hear from the management company. Af... read more
