I had an appointment for over a month. I showed up 15 minutes early like they said, and after 30 minutes of waiting and nobody being in the office I left. I called and left them voicemails, and wrote them messages on their we portal. Here I am 3 days later, and I've never heard from them, but oh boy do they know how to charge your insurance company. Avoid Nulton Diagnostics. I've reported them to AMA, State Agencies, local media and US Senators. These "creatures" need shut down!!
Horrible creatures (won't call them people nor professionals) that work here, and you can tell by their reviews. I wish I would of read them before I contacted them. I waited for an appointment for over a month, and they confirmed it two days before the appt. Tell me to be there 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I do as they ask, and they never showed up, I waited for 30 minutes and left. Calling 12 times this morning to get someone to answer in Ebensburg...they were open. Receptionist Crystal finds a patients frustration level and needs funny. Actually laughing when told the situation wasn't funny. Very immature and inconsiderate. Places like this need people to answer the phone, at the very least, and have the actual desire to help others while maintaining an empathetic attitude.
Nulton used to be the most reputable mental health provider in the area, but they've gone to Hell in a handbasket. It's almost impossible to reach anybody when you call. Instead you get put on hold and listen to the on-hold music for a while and then get sent to voicemail. They reschedule your appointments without letting you know, then blame you for missing them. They have no sense of urgency when you're running out of medications because of the scheduling issues they create in the first place. They're also prone to dismiss... read more
