When leaving a review make sure you have the right location. Idk how these reviews are a 2 star average. I had a great experience with them so far. This is for the EBENSBURG location. I WOULD recommend this if you need some help with their services.
I have been seen at this location for roughly 12 years by Jim Gides who is excellent. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I am getting the level of care I need. Had the same exact experience as Stacy Snowball's review from a few years earlier. Called at 3:39, rang a couple times, then to voicemail. Appears nothing has changed at this location. A shame, because it would have been a convenient location for me. But just glad I read the reviews before getting myself in any deeper.
I'd avoid this place at all costs. They put more effort into avoiding helping you, then they ever will helping you. They send you to RNs who can't diagnose or treat the disorder your gonna be diagnosed with. Take forever for anything to get done. This place is absolutely a waste of time and nothing more. Try ACRP , Clarvida or Lifestance is a good telehealth option. This place is terrible and very poorly run.
