Had the same exact experience as Stacy Snowball's review from a few years earlier. Called at 3:39, rang a couple times, then to voicemail. Appears nothing has changed at this location. A shame, because it would have been a convenient location for me. But just glad I read the reviews before getting myself in any deeper.
I'd avoid this place at all costs. They put more effort into avoiding helping you, then they ever will helping you. They send you to RNs who can't diagnose or treat the disorder your gonna be diagnosed with. Take forever for anything to get done. This place is absolutely a waste of time and nothing more. Try ACRP , Clarvida or Lifestance is a good telehealth option. This place is terrible and very poorly run.
Terrible doctors. Expect to see a PA maybe 3 times. Then RNs who are unqualified to do anything. The fact these people think seeing someone maybe 45 minutes is enough to tell the difference between all these illnesses that have overlapping symptoms is absolutely insane.
