This place sucks so bad I honestly don't even know what to say. It's a literal fight to get treatment. Then when you finally do have med management, they'll send you nurses you never meet. Nurses will fill in that do nothing to help and wont/ cant actually change your meds. Been on a waiting list for a caseworker for years. Since 2023, no joke either and I'm still on it and honestly therapy has never been helpful either. If you know of another treatment center I'd just go there, ACRP is right down the street. Can I rate lower than 1? Terrible scheduling, terrible reception, zero "bed side manner", and they pull diagnoses out of thin air just to bill you more. My mental health suffered more after going here.
So, after moving back to Pennsylvania, I realized that anyone in a 50 mile radius of Cambria County is 30 years behind current mental healthcare trends. "Never helped me with anything at all. Said they'd do things they never did. Still didn't have a therapist after 6 months" So that was my original review. I did get ahold of them using their website and within an hour I had a nice lady call me to schedule an appointment and help. They also contacted other people who got ahold of me for other things. So 100% if your having trouble use the info he is giving your reviews and contact them through the website.
