I called on a Monday morning when my heat pump stopped working. Annabelle was super friendly on the phone and said she’d do what she could to have someone come by that day, but it may not be until the next day, which I was fine with. Brendan, Dylan, Dan & Crew did an Awesome job installing 2 new hvac units for our house. They were very professional & courteous to my family & I. They did the job in record time. Our units were up in a day. We were very pleased with their attention to detail too. Also of course Anabel ( office manager) was wonderful in setting the whole install for us. Could not be happier with our technician, Jay! Purchased their service contract and Jay came out for a spring service at our beach house and did a fabulous job. He was hard working, kind and courteous. I hope he is available when it's time for our fall service! Annabelle in the office was wonderful as well. Price is very reasonable unlike most companies that service OC! Very pleased with Marathon and highly recommend.
Chris and Christian arrived on time and were able to find the issue quickly. Very friendly and professional service!
Marathon came right out when called. Thier technician was very knowledgeable and made sure I was fixed up in record time! The billing spot on what they told me it would be and my system has been running much better ever since! I'm so glad I called marathon!
