Horrible costumer service! Wanted to schedule an appointment for replacing two old skylights. I had been calling for three days and left 5 massages. I was told that Dave the owner was busy doing taxes. Finally five days after was able to talk with Dave and he gave me a phone number of one of his installers. I called the installer and left him a few massages but he never returned a callback.

I was VERY happy with the install Jim performed for us. Professional and knowledgeable installer made the anxiety of cutting a giant hole in my roof a breeze. Thank you for showing me the light! ;-)
