We had an ongoing rat problem for several years and after multiple companies we found Nuisance Wildlife Rangers. They were able to help solve our problem within weeks. Highly recommend, very professional and knowledgeable.
DONT HOLD YOUR BREATH! Called at 10pm to request help removing a large rat that had just entered our house and was currently under our stove. I had unsuccessfully requested service from WILD LIFE REMOVAL USA. (had called several times and was told we would get a call back, and as of 11pm still had not heard from anyone)!! Tech was friendly. However, no follow up and did not provide the full service I was charged for. Seems like they just care about sending these ridiculously over priced quotes for future services.
Part of providing exceptional customer service is following through on one's word. If you are looking for a company that keeps their word, based on my recent experience, this isn't the company you're looking for.
I hired nuisance wildlife for roof rats in my attic, and Phil (owner) and Zach have been amazing to work with. Zach is very dependable and showed up exactly when he said he would and sealed openings and removed the culprit. I signed up for a yearly contract with them based on their dependability. Such a gross nuisance to have roof rats, but I feel much better knowing that Phil and Zach are here to help support me. Grateful and 5+ stars.
