I recently used Nuhma for an inflight catering order for a Sunday flight departing from Westhampton Beach. I submitted the catering order several days in advance by email, including passenger count, crew count, menu selections, flight details, and delivery information. I can’t even express how much I love Nuhma’s. I’ve been using them for around 4 years when I am in the area. They do such an AMAZING job with the everything. The food is so good, the packaging & portions are perfect. She also sends pictures of everything when the order is delivered so you can see what you are getting and everything is labeled.
