Love Dr Brucia and Dr Thomas!
I tried to put son to this clinic they never got to me after I tried so hard maybe because I’m Hispanic ? I don’t know but you know what forget this place a waste of time!
They used to be excellent when they first opened their doors. Now they process people like cattle / the way big pediatric offices like summit medical group do. We left summit medical group for this reason years ago. And now we are once again looking for a pediatric office that don’t treat you like you are a problem when you call to make an appointment and try to push you around in the calendar and dictate what is a good reason to see a doctor and what is not. Two of the doctors are really great - Dr. Thomas and Dr. Matta - and Ive had wonderful experiences with them both. However the front desk is absolutely horrible. They failed to properly note our appointment then made us wait over an hour to see a doctor for our newborn. I’ve been going there for a year and this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues. When I called to complain they literally hung up on me. I wish the office would hire better staff at the front desk.
