THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER. BEWARE. I have been calling to get my grandfather's prescriptions refilled for 3 WEEKS AT THIS POINT. Every time I call and explain how urgent it is the reception says there's nothing she can do but send a message to the doctor which has apparently been done multiple times with no response. Something else that occurred here was that they gave my grandfather someone else's paperwork.
