Not hating on the clinic or the nurses or doctors. But the customer service of the receptionist is trash. If you really don’t want to talk to people or be a decent person just go home. Maybe use a virtual company to better help stream line your services since you can’t do a simple job. Sad that people think it’s ok to just start off with being rude.

I have tried for two days to find out information about my friend. I called the hospital and was transferred to the 7E, the floor he is staying on. I was told a doctor would be in contacting me that night so I made sure they had my phone number. No call. Day 2: called the hospital again and was bounced around like a ping pong ball. Also, was disconnected three times and made friends with the hospital's phone operators as for the amount of time I called back. The billing department and patient assistance in this hospital is horrible. I had a surgery in this place on September and OMG my biggest regrets ever. The people who is supposed to help you and guide you on how to pay your bills are so rude and make no effort to help you, plus they keep sending bill after bill of the same thing over and over again as well as calling you even after you've already paid the bills, I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed of this hospital I'm never going back to this place!.

I feel for the nurses because they are not supported or paid enough. My father was there for COVID and thankfully he’s ok now. But service was horrible. We’re lucky my dad turned out ok. But he left with pneumonia to recover at home, doctor said he needs to finish meds prescribed at home, which he stated were sent to pharmacy. Nothing. No meds at pharmacy or anything.
