Thank you Caitlin for resolving this. I personally want to take back what I had recently posted. I was emotionally charged at that time. It was a terrible situation , but thanks to Caitlin, the Manager of Operations she was very understanding and very helpful. The matter got resolved in a quick & professional way. The therapies that I have recieved and still are receiving are helping me to get through my MVA. Dr King is great. He helped me through my injury and continues to help. He is very knowledgeable and gave me good recommendations
For anyone dealing with insurances. Make sure you got your ducks all in order because as soon as you don’t have your insurances in place they drop you like a hot potato. The manager of operations don’t even want to speak to you. Very upsetting. On another note, the therapy that I received is very helpful with my recovery from a car accident and I thank these beautiful people but, the people behind the scenes really need to get their people skills in check.
