They might be good at dentistry, but their administrative staff sucks. I called to check in with my new insurance and they would accept it! Great, but I didn't have my card yet. Come on in and we'll deal with that later. I get there and they said I'd have to pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed myself. I stormed out knowing they lied to me about waiting a day a day or two to get my new insurance card. I had that appointment scheduled for 6 months! When I wrote directly to the Dr and asked for a response I got none! Bite... read more
