Scott came out and looked at the roof needing replaced, said he'd email me. never got an email. Had to request an email three times because no one would follow up and send an email. Took weeks to get the email with the estimate and I had to continually request a response from him. when I agreed to the work after finally getting the email, he just stopped responding and ghosted me completely.

Did a good job on the roof for the most part but a few years later they don't answer the phone or reply to voicemails/texts even though their phone number does have their message on it. Either they are no longer in business or not interested in fixing issues with old customers. Too bad cause my issue is minor i think but all I can do is review them hoping they will see and contact me

I used Nugent Roofing to replace my siding, gutters and shutters. My house went from being and embarrassing eyesore to the nicest looking house for blocks. I was impressed on how fast they chiseled through the work. Looks Amazing! I have received a number of compliments on the house since. Give them a shot, they did us right!

I didn’t get the color I requested. There’s a large strip of white flashing in the middle of the roof that looks terrible. Roofer employee tore off vent covering over the furnace and wanted to roof over the opening, telling me it had no purpose. (Untrue and I didn’t allow it.) He advertises that he offers financing but what he does is refer you to a lending facility where you apply for a regular loan at very high interest.

Following the initial gutter install in March, they did not follow through in resolving issues identified following the first rain: 1)Original quote included 2 additional downspouts that were deemed unnecessary at the install, but following the first rain, it was apparent that they were needed to keep up with the drainage since they had installed 3 inch gutters; 2) The end caps were not all caulked resulting in leaking.
